Free shipping on domestic orders over $60!

Items are shipped by USPS First Class Parcel with online tracking. We aim to have your purchase in the mail within 24 hours of order placement, so you should receive your order within 4-6 business days after placing your order. (If you have not received your complete order after 10 business days, send us an email through our Contact page.)

A flat rate of $5 will be added to order totals under $60 shipped to domestic addresses.

We are not shipping to international addresses at this time. We are investigating this option; however, since our power clasps contain lithium ion batteries the rules about if and how they can be shipped are constantly evolving to more complicated and restrictive configurations, and we have not yet found a solution for transporting our power clasps overseas. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work through this! (Note that the shopping cart will allow you to place an order with a non-US shipping address, but your purchase will be refunded when we see the address.)

Returns

Too long? Don’t like the color? Just not “you”? We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please email us through our Contact page for a shipping address. Return shipping is at your expense; we recommend insuring your package. We will credit your PayPal account when we receive your return (less our original shipping & handling costs plus a $5 restocking fee).

Repairs

We construct our necklaces with care to ensure your jewelry lives a long and happy life. However, accidents do occasionally happen. If your necklace breaks please send us an email through our Contacts page telling us what broke and we will provide instructions and options for its return and/or repair/replacement.
